• Files and Storage: We require access to your device's files (All Files Access) and media to allow you to upload, attach, and download project files, documents, images, and videos related to your tasks.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, and push notification tokens (FCM) to send you real-time task updates.
• Usage Data: Information about how you use our app, tasks completed, and team interactions.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Task Kholo service.
• Authenticate users and maintain team structures.
• Track real-time field worker locations for task assignment and management.
• Send push notifications regarding task updates and team messages.

We do not sell your personal data. Your data is only shared with your Team Administrators and organization members as dictated by your organization's settings. We implement robust security measures to ensure your data (and files) are stored securely.
