Welcome to Task Kholo. By accessing or using our mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

1. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and credentials that you use to access the Service. You must ensure that your team organization invite codes and data are not shared unlawfully.

2. Appropriate Use and Content

You agree not to use the application to upload, post, or otherwise transmit any files, media, or data that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, or infringes on any third party's intellectual property. We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate accounts that violate this provision.

3. Location and Tracking

By using Task Kholo as part of an organization, you acknowledge that your Team Administrators may have access to your real-time location data during active working hours for the purpose of task assignment and safety. It is your responsibility to manage these permissions via your OS settings.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Task Kholo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
